About
Rebecca is an Ocean conservation photographer, based on Gubbi Gubbi land (Sunshine Coast), Australia.
Growing up on the South Coast of England, Rebecca developed a love for the wild and a drive to conserve our natural world. It was this passion which led her to pick up a camera and learn photography. Her goal is to be able to share the issues that face our oceans with people who wouldn’t otherwise see what is happening.
She has been lucky enough to be able to use photography to help document and share conservation projects both in Australia and overseas, mostly with Sea Shepherd, a marine conservation organisation. Rebecca’s work has taken her to Mexico, Peru, the Galapagos Islands, West Africa and remote Australia and has been published in national and international media.
